Dr. Chandru (MS in Surgery) is a distinguished consultant surgeon and a passionate advocate for accessible healthcare, driven by a lifelong commitment to serving others. With over five years of experience as a consultant, he has performed more than a thousand surgeries, specializing in general and advanced surgical procedures. His expertise is underpinned by a robust academic foundation. He completed his MBBS from the prestigious M.S. Ramaiah Medical College in Bengaluru, followed by an MS in Surgery from ESI Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in New Delhi. He further honed his skills with a DNB in Surgery from the National Board of Examinations and a senior residency at the renowned Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in New Delhi.

Hailing from a humble middle-class family in Bagepalli, Dr. Chandru's journey began at the Government Lower Primary School in his village. His academic excellence earned him admission to Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in Chikkaballapur, where he completed his schooling up to the 10th standard as one of the regional toppers. Inspired by his grandparents' timeless wisdom to "help others as best you can" and his parents' ethos of caring for those in need, Dr. Chandru has dedicated his career to blending surgical precision with compassionate service.

Throughout his professional life, he has actively participated in numerous social service activities, extending medical aid to underserved communities and embodying the values instilled in him from a young age.

As the founder of True Health Trust, Dr. Chandru is at the forefront of initiatives aimed at elevating the quality of healthcare for all. Through this NGO, he and his team strive to bridge gaps in medical access, promote preventive care, and empower individuals with knowledge for healthier lives. His vision is to create a world where quality healthcare is a right, not a privilege, reflecting his unwavering dedication to humanity and healing.

Mr. N. Adinarayana is a dedicated member of True Health Trust, embodying a life of discipline, humility, and service. A B.Com graduate with a CAIIB qualification, he served as a security guard at SSFGC for over 34 years, earning an impeccable record marked by diligence and integrity. Raised in a modest background, Mr. Adinarayana has always embraced a disciplined and content life, finding joy in simplicity and hard work. His commitment to family shines through as a diligent husband and responsible father, instilling values of duty and perseverance in his children, Dr. Chandru and Mr. Sadan.

Now, with a deep desire to give back to society, Mr. Adinarayana channels his passion through True Health Trust, supporting initiatives to enhance healthcare access for underserved communities. His lifelong dedication to discipline and service drives his mission to improve lives, working alongside his children to create a lasting impact. Neelakanta Reddy is a pharmacy graduate with a background in clinical research and healthcare systems. He is passionate about using his knowledge to support community well-being. As a volunteer with True Health Trust, he plays an active role in organizing free health check-ups and raising awareness on preventive healthcare for underserved populations. He believes in giving back to society through compassionate service and teamwork.
